The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the ITC’s affirmative determination, the existing antidumping duty order on imports of this product from Taiwan will remain in place: 40.97 percent for Vulcan & Yieh Hsing; 18.05 percent for Ornatube; and 29.15 percent for all others.
Chairman Rhonda K. Schmidtlein, Vice Chairman David S. Johanson, and Commissioners Irving A. Williamson and Meredith M. Broadbent voted in the affirmative.
