US DOC to continue AD order on clad plate from Japan

On October 2, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) instituted a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on clad steel plate from Japan. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that revocation of the antidumping duty order on the subject merchandise from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.
