US DOC publishes final results of AD review on SSSS from Japan

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published the final results of an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Japan. Upon the request of the petitioners, the DOC, on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Japan. The review covered the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. In the preliminary results published on February 13, 2006, the DOC decided to rescind this review since there were no entries of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils for consumption in the US during the period of review. Interested parties were requested to submit their comments on the preliminary results; however, since no parties have submitted any comments, the DOC decided to rescind this review.
