US DOC: Preliminary results of sunset review on OCTG from Mexico

On June 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imported from Mexico. On the basis of the notices of intent to participate and an adequate substantive response filed on behalf of the domestic interested parties and adequate responses from the respondent interested parties, the DOC has conducted a full sunset review of the order. As a result of this sunset review, the DOC has found that revocation of the antidumping order would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated below:
