On August 30, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Mexico for the period July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006.
The DOC has preliminarily determined that sales of the subject merchandise by ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A de C.V were made below normal value. Accordingly, a preliminary duty margin at the level of 2.82 percent has been set for the subject producer.
