On May 31, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings imported from China for the period April 1, 2005, through March 31, 2006.
The DOC has preliminarily determined to apply adverse facts available with respect to Myland Industrial Co., Ltd. (Myland), and Buxin Myland (Foundry) Ltd. (Buxin), which failed to cooperate to the best of their ability and failed to demonstrate their eligibility for a separate rate.
Accordingly, the preliminary weighted-average dumping margin existing for the period April 1, 2005, through March 31, 2006 is as follows:
