Upon the requests of petitioners and ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A de C.V., the respondent, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip imported from Mexico. The period of review was July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. According to its preliminary results dated June 21, 2006, the DOC decided that sales of the subject merchandise imported from Mexico were made below normal value and set a duty margin of 1.22 percent for Mexican producer ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A de C.V. Based on the comments received, the DOC has decided to make changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly, the final results of this review differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin existing for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005 is as follows:

Producer Margin

ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A de C.V.............1.16 percent
