The
US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Friday the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with a May anniversary date.
The DOC initiated the following administrative reviews of AD orders against
Belgium steel producer Aperam Stainless
Belgium N.V. for stainless steel plate in coils; Turkish steel producers Borusan Group, Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S., Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., ERBOSAN Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S., and Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S. for circular welded carbon steel pipes; Turkish steel producer CINAR Boru Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.for light-walled rectangular pipe and also against United Arab Emirates steel producers Dubai Wire FZE, and Precision Fasteners LLC for certain steel nails.
The period of review is May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.
The DOC initiated no administrative reviews of any CVD orders involving steel products.
