US DOC amends final results of AD review on pipe-fittings from China

On June 29, 2006, the Department of Commerce (DOC) published the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain malleable iron pipe fittings imported from China. The period of review was December 2, 2003, through November 30, 2004. The final weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period December 2, 2003, through November 30, 2004 were as follows:

However, the DOC decided to amend the final results to correct two ministerial errors made in the calculation of dumping margin for LDR Industries and Beijing Sai Lin Ke Hardware Co Ltd (collectively SLK). Accordingly, the new margin determined for SLK is 9.24 percent.
