Urban unemployment rate in China recorded at 5.3 percent in February

The registered unemployment rates in cities and towns in China was recorded at 5.3 percent in February, which was lower than the anticipated rate of 5.5 percent, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

Meanwhile, in the January-February period of the current year, 1.74 million new jobs were created in China’s cities and towns.
