Unemployment in Turkey increases to 12.3 percent in November

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey increased by two percentage points year on year to 12.3 percent in November last year and rose by 0.7 percentage points when compared to October.

Meanwhile, in November last year the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 46.5 percent, decreasing by 0.8 percentage point compared to the same month of the previous year.
