According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey decreased by 0.2 percentage points year on year to 11.2 percent in October this year and fell by 0.3 percentage points when compared to September.
Meanwhile, in October this year the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 46.2 percent, increasing by 0.2 percentage points compared to the same month of the previous year.
