Ukrainian iron ore exports up 6.4 percent in January-September

According to the Ukrainian association of metal mining producers Ukrrudprom, in the January-September period of the current year Ukraine's exports of iron ore increased by 6.4 percent compared to the same period of last year to 26.768 million mt, worth a total of $2.474 billion. In September alone, Ukraine exported 3.024 million mt of iron ore, down 8.8 percent compared to August.
