Ukraine’s flat steel imports and exports rise in Jan-Feb

In the January-February period of this year, Ukraine registered a 19.2 percent increase year on year in its flat steel imports to 126,200 mt, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers. In February alone, Ukraine's flat steel imports increased by 41.6 percent compared to January, rising to 73,970 mt.On the other hand, in the first two months of this year Ukraine's flat steel exports increased by 10 percent year on year to 1.075 million mt. In February alone, Ukraine's flat steel exports decreased by 11.8 percent compared to January, falling to 503,780 mt.
