Ukraine’s coke exports rise by 19 percent in January-September

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January-September period of the current year Ukrainian exports of metallurgical coke increased by 19.4 percent year on year to 1.876 million mt, worth a total of $470.03 million. In September alone, coke exports from Ukraine decreased by 23.6 percent from August to 172,210 mt, worth a total of $38.78 million.
 
In the January-September period of the current year, Ukrainian imports of metallurgical coke increased by 2.9 times year on year to 247,690 mt, totaling $79.98 million in value. In Septemberalone, coke imports to Ukraine increased by 51.4 percent month on month to 51,510 mt, worth a total of $13.7 million.
