Ukraine and EU to sign new quota agreement

It has been reported by Ukranian sources that Ukraine and the European Union will sign a new agreement on June 18 regarding the EU quota for Ukrainian steel products. The new agreement will increase the EU steel quota for Ukraine for 2007 to 1.32 million metric tons due to Romania and Bulgaria's entry to the EU. The agreement is expected to be signed on June 18 during the Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yanukovich's official visit to Luxembourg.
