Turkish steel pipe producer Özbal Çelik Boru has announced that it has decided not to make a firm offer for a pipeline planned to be built abroad.

In September this year, Özbal Boru stated that it had made a $22.01 million preliminary offer for the said project. The negotiations were scheduled to be concluded at the end of the year.
