Turkish HR&CR import quotas by the Council of Ministers

According to the decision taken by the Turkish Council of Ministers on January 10, 2003, details of import quota implementation on hot and cold rolled steel imports are published in the official gazette. The countries, excluding EU members and countries who have a free-trade agreement between Turkey which has already become effective will be subject to the determined tariff rates and quotas.
