Turkey releases January inflation rates

Turkey's State Institute of Statistics (DIE) announced inflation rates according to the new index. Based on the data, the producer price index (PPI) fell 0.41% in January, while the consumer price index (CPI) rose 0.55%. Annual inflation, according to 12-month averages, is 8.5% in terms of CPI and 14.55% in terms of PPI.
