Turkey & Argentina margins amended

The Department of Commerce (DOC) announced amendments on the preliminary determinations of anti-dumping duty investigations of cold rolled carbon steel flat products from Argentina and Turkey. Upon claims by the related parties pointing out to certain miscalculations, DOC reviewed and determined some ministrerial errors. DOC agreed to the five allegations of Borcelik: -monthly model matching -Kerim Celik's billing adjustments -Kerim Çelik's further processing costs -improper exchange rates -the calculation of differences in merchandise As a result, margins for Argentina and Turkey are as follows:
