Tosyali Algerie, one of the key steel manufacturers and long product suppliers in Algeria, is proceeding with its investment project to enter the flats market. According to the statement made by company officials to local media, Tosyali Algerie plans to start production at its 2 million mt per year hot rolling line by the end of 2022. Moreover, the officials also stated that the company will be aiming to supply to the automotive industry as well as for production of home appliances, pipes, and metal packaging. In addition, Tosyali Algerie plans to be active in the construction and shipbuilding industries, SteelOrbis understands.

As a result, Tosyali Algerie will eventually become the largest steel producer in Algeria.
