Timken to increase seamless tube prices

Ohio-based Timken Corporation will increase prices of seamless tubular steel products effective for shipments as of July 1, 2005, according to company sources. No change in the raw material surcharge has been announced. The increases are as per the following:
 
All carbon tubing:
 
>/= 1.75 inch walls..........25% 
<   1.75 inch walls..........20%
 
All alloy tubing: 
 
>/= 1.75 inch walls.........12%
<   1.75 inch walls..........8%
