The investment amount of newly invested projects up 3.0 percent in Jan-Oct

The investment amount of newly invested projects in January-October was up 3.0 percent year on year, down 1.4 percentage points compared to January-September period, while down 3.9 percentage points compared to January-June period, as announced by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Meanwhile, in the January-October period of this year, the investment amounts of newly invested projects in high-tech industry, strategic emerging industry and modern service industry were up 56.9 percent, 55.2 percent and 30.0 percent, respectively, year on year.
