Thailand billet imports trend down 59 percent

According to Thailand customs data, Thailand imported 1.90 million mt in 2017, down 59 percent from 4.59 million mt the prior year. The trend has continued in January 2018 with 0.16 million mt, a decline of 6 percent over the same month last year.
