Tata Steel books shredder for India’s first scrap recycling plant

Finnish industrial machinery company Metso has announced that it will provide a heavy duty shredder for Indian steelmaker Tata Steel’s steel scrap recycling plant project, which will be the first steel scrap shredding facility in India when built. 

Though the value of the shredder Metso will provide is not disclosed yet, the shredder is known to have been booked in the second quarter of the current year.
