Takeover bid from NatSteel management

According to reports, the management of Singaporean mill NatSteel, has submmitted their offer to take over the company. Since the offer has been brought by own management of the company, an independent group of directors will study the offer. The offer, which is said to be over $160 million, also includes all outside-Singapore interests of NatSteel.
