Taiyuan Steel’s forged steel round bar approved by CCS

Shanxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Taiyuan Steel or TISCO) has announced that its forged steel round bar for shipbuilding has been approved by China Classification Society (CCS) after an inspection by CCS officials. All of Taiyuan Steel's forged steel round bar products were found to be in line with CCS standard requirements. The approval will allow Taiyuan Steel to expand its production for the shipbuilding sector.
