Taiwan’s basic metal export orders up 16.1 percent in H1

According to the statistics released by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs, in June this year Taiwan's basic metal and basic metal product export orders amounted to $2.26 billion, up 13.4 percent compared to June last year and rising by two percent compared to the previous month.

In the first half of the current year, the country's basic metal and basic metal product export orders rose by 16.1 percent year on year to $12.86 billion.
