Southern GOK’s iron ore concentrate output up 1.2% in January-July

In the January-July period of the current year, the output of iron ore concentrate mined by Ukraine-based Southern Mining and Processing Plant (Southern GOK) totaled 7.4 million mt, up 1.2 percent year on year. In the given period, the company did not produce any iron ore agglomerate.

In July alone, the company mined 1.16 million mt of iron ore concentrate, up 2.65 percent month on month and up 11.4 percent year on year, SteelOrbis has learned.
