In October this year, South Korea’s new car registrations decreased by eight percent month on month to 18,764 units and were down 22.6 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the January-October period this year, South Korean new car registrations rose by 8.1 percent year on year to 233,432 units.
