South Korea's new car registrations up 23.9% in January-May

In May of the current year, South Korea's new car registrations decreased by 8.4 percent month on month to 15,314 units, up 14.2 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the first five months of this year South Korean new car registrations rose by 23.9 percent year on year to 76,460 units.
