In April this year, South Korea's new car registrations increased by 13 percent month on month to 22,945 units, up 25.9 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the January-April period of this year, South Korean new car registrations rose by 10.3 percent year on year to 77,614 units.
