South Korea extends AD duties for Russian H beam
South Korean anti-dumping duties of 15.95% initially implemented on 15 April 1997 on Russian H beam steel products expired on 14 April 2002. Stating that Russian H
beams are still a threat for the domestic steel industry, Korean Trade Commission announced that the tariffs will be extended for another 3 year period effective from July 3, 2002 through to July 2, 2005.
