The Russian Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ), an affiliation of the TMK Group, has successfully completed hot testing of the primary mill at its tube workshop No: 3. The new plant will allow SinTZ to use cast tube billets made at the other TMK's plants, such as Seversky TZ, Volzhsky TZ and Taganrog TZ, in its tube production. The new equipment will allow SinTz to increase its use of TMK's cast tube billets up to 70 percent already in 2007.
