Sidor inaugurates Skin Pass Line

Venezuelan steel producer Siderurgica del Orinoco C.A (Sidor) announced that it successfully installed a new hot-rolled products processing line worth $18 million. The line, called Skin Pass Line, is expected to improve the quality of the company's products. Skin Pass Line was designed to process 600'000 tons of products per annum. The new line will allow the company to produce more value added products and complement its standard hot-rolled coils with rolled or pickled products.
