Shougang Qian’an exports HIC resistant oil pipeline steel to Burma

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Qian'an Steel has lately exported 7,800 mt of X65 HIC (hydrogen induced cracking) resistant oil pipeline steel to Burma, following the breakthrough it has made in developing and producing HIC resistant oil pipeline steel. The pipeline steel in question has very low percentages of sulfur and phosphorus, while the presence of nonmetals is strictly controlled.
