Shanxi Coking Coal’s net profit in H1 rises by 192.9 percent

Shanxi Province, China-based Shanxi Coking Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd has announced that it has registered an operating revenue of RMB 27.713 billion ($4.1 billion) for the first half this year, up 44.1 percent year on year, while posting a net profit of RMB 5.694 billion ($0.84 billion), up 192.9 percent year on year.

The company said that strong demand and the rising trend of coal prices contributed to the increase in its net profit during the given period.
