Shandong Weiye Group gets approval for Indonesian ferronickel project

A ferronickel project with a planned annual output capacity of 150,000 mt to be built by Chinese investors in West Java in Indonesia has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of China's Shandong Province, as announced by the local authorities in Binzhou in Shandong.

The investors in the project are Binzhou, Shandong-based Shandong Weiye Group and Hong Kong-based Weiye Toprich Holdings Limited Co. The investment in the project is expected to total $97.9 million.
