Sangang Minguang plans to purchase steel assets

Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Fujian Sangang Minguang Co., Ltd (Sangang Minguang) has announced that it plans to purchase steel assets, though no clarification has been issued in relation to the steel assets in question. In order to avoid abnormal fluctuations of its share prices, the company has decided to suspend trading of its shares as of July 12.
