Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Fujian Sangang (Group) Co. (formerly Sansteel MinGuang Co.) has announced that in October this year the monthly output of its high-speed wire rod mill hit a record 66,930 mt, exceeding the previous monthly record by 2,024 mt.

In October, with the overall domestic steel industry still characterized by sluggishness, Sangang Group's high-speed wire rod mill focused on implementing a high-quality and low-cost strategy.
