SA Recycling acquires assets of Georgia Recyclers

SA Recycling LLC, with approximately 30 recycling sites in California and over 40 throughout Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina, has acquired its first deep-water port facility in Georgia.

With the acquisition of the business assets of Georgia Recyclers LLC along with its stevedoring entity, Savannah Steel Terminal LLC, SA Recycling LLC is now positioned to provide export services from the East Coast as well as use waterway access for scrap delivery to domestic mills in the region.

The financial value of the transaction is presently undisclosed.
