S. Korea’s imported car sales march on

South Korea's sales of imported cars rose 56.2% month on month to 2'345 units in March 2005, according to data released by South Korea's Automobile Importers & Distributors Association. March 2005 sales were also 24.7% higher than the same period last year. BMW, with sales of 501 units, claimed first spot among imports. Toyota Lexus came in second with sales of 411 units, followed by Mercedes-Benz (387 units), Audi (232 units), Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge (178 units) and Honda (155 units).
