Russia’s stainless steel pipe imports decline in 2014

Russian imports of stainless steel pipes in 2014 decreased by 28.9 percent year on year to 26,598 mt, according to the Russian Special Steel and Alloys Consumers and Suppliers Association (Spetsstal).

In 2014, Russia's imports of electric welded stainless steel pipes decreased by 18.8 percent, and imports of stainless steel seamless pipes moved down by 36 percent, both compared to 2013.
