Russia's stainless steel exports down 63.6 percent in Jan-Nov

Russian exports of stainless steel products in the January-November period of this year decreased by 63.6 percent year on year to 7,857 mt, according to Russia-based SpetsStal Association.

In particular, in the given period exports of stainless billets decreased by 94.1 percent to 724 mt, exports of flat products of stainless steel decreased by 33.3 percent to 1,657 mt and exports of long stainless steel products decreased by 24.5 percent to 3,749 mt, all on year-on-year basis.

Russia's exports of seamless stainless pipes increased by 5.8 percent year on year to 1,551 mt in the January-November period of this year.
