Russia may reduce import duties on steel equipments

Russian government is likely to reduce import duties on separate kinds of equipments used in iron and steel industry from 5-15% to 2.5-5% to be in effect for a nine-month period. The Interdepartmental Commission Customs yesterday accepted the decision to recommend the government to reduce import duties on certain equipments used in iron and steel sector from 5-15% to 2.5-5% to be effective for a nine-month period.
