Chinese steel producer Rizhao Steel's Jinghua welded pipe project, based in Mazhou in Zhengzhou in China's Henan Province, will officially start production in July this year, following the commissioning of seven production lines within the scope of the project, according to Chinese media reports.
Built with an investment of RMB 500 million ($79.1 million), the new facilities will mainly produce high frequency welded steel pipes with an annual production capacity of 520,000 mt.
