Central China's Shandong Province-based Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd has continued its progress in developing new steel products. Following its development of #45 wire rod for wire rope production and 510L hot rolled steel plate for automobile frames, in October the company succeeded in producing high strength PC steel bar in using 30Si2Mn steel as the raw material.
