Rebuilding of 6.26 million antiquated apartments starts in China in 2018

In 2018, rebuilding work began on 6.26 million antiquated apartments in China, as announced by the Chinese Ministry of Finance (MOF). In 2018, government spending on government-subsidized housing projects in China amounted to RMB 737.2 billion ($106.8 billion), up 46.4 percent year on year.
