Real estate sales in Turkey down 7.7 percent in May from April

In May this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 122,768 units, dropping by 7.7 percent month on month and rising by 107.5 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first five months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 575,889 units, increasing by 37.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
