Real estate sales in Turkey down 6.6 percent in October from September

In October this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 137,401 units, falling by 6.6 percent month on month and up by 14.9 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first 10 months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1,086,539 units, decreasing by 15.2 percent on year-on-year basis.
